Representative Hodgins, Chairman, convened the House Special                   
Committee on Oil and Gas meeting at 9:05 a.m.

Hodgins and Kemplen.  Representative(s) Ryan, Ogan, Rokeberg and               
Brice (via teleconference) arrived as the meeting was in progress.
